My Story

My name is Julius Herrera, a licensed real estate agent proudly serving the great state of Texas. My journey into real estate began through a different, yet complementary path—project management. For several years, I managed commercial and residential remodeling, construction, and maintenance projects. During this time, I discovered my true passion: helping people and building lifelong relationships.

This passion led me to an opportunity with a top-producing new home builder representative, where I got my first hands-on experience in real estate. From there, I transitioned into assisting clients in buying and selling homes. When the company I worked with launched a real estate brokerage firm, I was fortunate to grow alongside them—starting from the ground up and playing a key role in supporting the team and contributing to the office’s success.

Eventually, I returned to project management, but something was missing. I realized how much I missed helping people achieve their dreams of homeownership. That moment marked a turning point in my career. Real estate isn’t just a profession for me—it’s my passion.

Today, I draw from a unique combination of experience in project management, new home sales, and real estate operations to guide clients through every step of the buying or selling process.
