My Story
Madison is a licensed REALTOR® with C Akin 4 Realty, LLC. After a decade in healthcare, her growing passion for real estate and natural understanding of construction led her to transition out of the hospital setting in 2020.
Originally obtaining her real estate license in 2022 to assist with personal investments and land acquisitions for her construction clients, Madison quickly discovered a deeper calling in the industry. What began as a practical step has since evolved into a thriving career—one she genuinely loves and has found great success in. Whether helping clients find a move-in-ready home or guiding them through purchasing and transforming a fixer-upper into their dream property, Madison offers a full-spectrum real estate experience.
Madison is married to Sheldon Bammert, and together they have two sons, Slaton and Hollis. Both born and raised in South Texas (Cuero/Goliad), they have deep roots and a strong connection to the local community.
The Bammert family has called Stockdale home since 2022, where they built their home in 2024.
In addition to real estate, Madison and Sheldon founded Bammert Construction in 2019. Their company specializes in building metal homes, barns, shops, and commercial structures, providing Madison with invaluable insight into construction, property potential, and investment opportunities—an advantage she brings directly to her clients.
Madison’s collegiate education didn’t stop in Nursing, but continued on through Business Administration. Combining business and real estate has been maximally beneficial. Negotiating each deal from every side of the spectrum to keep more money in her clients pocket. She takes each client engagement personally and develops a unique approach to helping her clients reach their real estate goals.
